It has been developed in Picture to People project a tool to let final user warp bitmaps.
Each deformation is made in real-time just using mouse drag and drop. No grids, no control points. I think it can't be easier or more intuitive. The warping is local, directed, and affect only the auto-defined region (and its path).
It's a nice thing, since few softwares have this tool. Picture to People will be a new (free) option to make easy bitmap warping without grids or control points.
